Online Registration and Back to School Forms |
Online registration will need to be completed online through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal by Wednesday, August 12. Students who don’t have completed registration by this date will see delays in being listed on class rosters and being routed for bus transportation.
The Infinite Campus Parent Portal is a tool that families can use throughout the school year to monitor items like meal balances, grades, attendance, etc. Details and instructions for using the portal are available here.
ALL students (preschool through 12th grade) must have a parent/guardian in their primary household complete required forms in online registration. Please keep in mind, specific forms must be completed for students to participate in various activities, including technology usage.
EC and Kindergarten Families: We appreciate you completing the online forms when you enrolled your child for preschool or kindergarten screening. However, there are additional forms to complete so please plan to access the Parent Portal by August 12 to fill those out.
For more Back to School details, including details about Accidental Damage Protection Plans, school meals, school supply lists, the Student/Parent Handbook and more, visit the district’s website at republicschools.org/backtoschool. |

Kindergarten Students- First Day of School Information |
|
|
We know the first day of kindergarten is a big milestone, and we want to make it special! On the first day of school only, kindergarten parents will be allowed to walk their child to class. Please plan to wait outside the front office that morning. Starting at 8:40 AM, once our other students have made it to class, we’ll begin letting kindergarten parents walk their child down to their classroom.
If your kindergartener has older siblings, those siblings will need to head straight to class on their own and may not be walked to their classrooms. Thank you for your support and for helping us keep our building safe and secure for all of our learners! |

School Start Time: 8:30 a.m School End Time: 3:40 p.m. Monday-Thursday 2:40 p.m. on Fridays only for early release
Drop off and Pick Up:
Please refer to the Traffic Flow Map for drop-off and pick-up procedures. Building doors will be opened at 8:10 a.m. each morning. Please do not drop children off at the building prior to 8:10 a.m. Students may only be dropped off from the main car line. Students may not be dropped off in the road or in any other part of the parking lot except for the car-line. In addition, students can not be picked up by parents parking and walking to the carline.
Please note: When exiting the carline, it is right turn ONLY. This helps us reduce traffic congestion with Schofield Elementary Traffic.
School will be dismissed Monday - Thursday at 3:40 p.m. and 2:40 p.m. on Friday. Students may be picked up from the main car line. Signs for pick-up are provided at Open House. If you utilize the main car line for pick-up, please place the sign on the dash of your vehicle each day. Please do not line up prior to 3:15 p.m. It is our goal to get students with families within 12-15 minutes. |
